We had a problem with our Bigfoot Levelling System. After stopping at a few dealership that was too busy to take us, this dealership provided outstanding support. They fixed our system and got us moving. Great service. Friendly people. I highly recommend.

Stopped for an emergency step issue. It was fixed within 10 mins. It is not the first time we shop here and we always have good service.

Service here was amazing. Travelling from New Brunswick back home to Toronto when our skylight disintegrated on the highway. Service department had the dome in stock and replaced it for us immediately so we could get right back on the road. We are so grateful to them. Thanks again guys :)

Ok, so if you read only one review... PLEASE READ this one!! I seldomly find myself compelled to write a review... but this without a doubt is worth sharing!! When it comes to RV purchases, I will forever return to Leisure Days RV Centre in Salisbury. I very recently purchased my first ever RV which I am over the moon excited about! And I feel it is sooo important to recognize and give a huge shout out to all of the amazing staff there!! Every team member I encountered demonstrated exceptional customer service and operational excellence. From remembering my name to seamlessly managing the details of my purchase, they operated like a well-oiled machine. Shelley in sales deserves special recognition for her warm welcome and unwavering support throughout my journey into RV ownership, I've sent texts, emails...you name it, she has been awesome and still is! :) Gerry, the super approachable general manager, took time out of his busy schedule on more than one occasion, to engage in meaningful conversations, making me feel valued as a customer. Mireille in finance was also great to deal with, very friendly and organized! And Lawson and Robert in service were incredibly patient and extrordinarily helpful during the delivery and orientation of my new RV. And Lawson, btw even my new neighbors were impressed by your maneuvering precision on delivery, well done! Thank you to the whole team!! Leisure Days RV Centre didn't just sell me an RV; they actually created a super welcoming environment where I felt like part of the family. Despite being new to RVing, I never felt out of place or uninformed. Their inclusive approach and genuine care for customer satisfaction sets them apart. On the other hand,... (I have to share this as I literally left Pine Acres RV that day and drove directly to Leisure Days and bought my 5th wheel within 30 mins!)...my visit to Pine Acres RV in Moncton left much to be desired! Despite arriving an hour before closing, I encountered a salesperson who seemed inconvenienced by my presence (sighing, frequently looking at his watch). He promptly informed me that all RVs were locked up, despite my expressed interest multiple times to view 5th wheels. His demeanor turned condescending as he persisted in using industry jargon, which I had clearly stated I did not understand as a novice. What I found exceptionally disrespectful was the gesture toward a luxury motorhome (over $1 million) obviously way beyond my budget... just because I couldn't give an exact amount of how much I wanted to spend. The contrast between Pine Acres and Leisure Days RV Centre couldn't have been more apparent. While Pine Acres left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued, Leisure Days went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and supported in my decision. Leisure Days RV Centre has earned my trust and loyalty. Their commitment to personalized service and customer satisfaction is unmatched. For anyone looking for not just an RV, but a positive buying experience with a team that genuinely cares, I wholeheartedly recommend Leisure Days RV Centre in Salisbury. Right from when we walked in, we were greeted with a smile 😊.They answered all our questions. When we change our minds, Shelley didn’t miss a beat. I just wanted to give a very big thank you to Shelley from sales, Gerry for the great deal he gave us and also to Lawson and the crew who made our new to us Jayco camper a wonderful experience. We traded our older and smaller camper in on a 2020 Jayco Jay Flight 265 RLS . We experienced absolutely no pressure whatsoever with Shelley. She kindly answered any questions we had and if she didn’t know the answer, she said so and came back later with the right answer instead of faking it. We liked that very much. Every part of the transaction was very comfortable and I have absolutely no problem giving the whole gang 5 stars. It was not an immediate deal either as we actually stopped in to buy a couple of things at their very nicely equipped camping store. When we went to do the walk through with Lawson and his technicians the new camper was spotless and after the walkthru the ladies came back and cleaned it again. Good service department. Took in my new rv after 2 months to get a few thing fixed and winterized. Lawson was very helpful. He told me the mobile service will have more employees next year. Which is what i need being a seasonal camper.

Took my new Miramar in for its first service event last week and had a short list of items to be dealt with. I was greeted by the service manager Lawson who reviewed my concerns and then I was introduced to Andrew the technician assigned to take care of my issues. It was immediately obvious that Andrew was well trained, knowledgeable courteous and prompt. Giving up on a problem was not an option, he persisted until he found the root cause of all issues. During the repair we had several visits from Devon (warranty administrator) who was very friendly and accommodating. Devon made sure that I felt confident that my Motorhome would meet my expectations of both quality and appearance. Can’t forget Sue, the nonstop employee that swooped in and made sure the interior was spotless. Leisure Days has assembled a great team and is is very apparent that customer satisfaction is a priority. I really appreciate the genuine care. Thank you!

My husband and I had been talking about getting a new trailer for a while now. It’s just the two of us now and we wanted something better suited to our needs. Looking for a suitable unit is difficult enough with so many options available and dealers around, but during these times of pandemic it makes it that much more difficult, all relations that I had with Leisure Days were through text or call, and i can assure anyone looking for a unit that these folks here are not looking to sell, but rather looking to earn your buisness, they put in the work and answered my thousands of questions and ran out to take videos of multiple units due to travel restrictions in these times, A speacial shout out to Jackie, very friendly and personable, willingness to negotiate bottom line sales as long as there is flexibility and reason between both parties. Ultimately my decision to not buy there was the location and travel restrictions set in place due to this pandemic and the exact same unit of interest had arrived at a more local dealer. Bottom line if your in the market for an RV drop in and ask for Jackie. Bravo Leisure Days for your efforts to earn buisness rather then pitch sales.

Hi, looking to buy a travel trailer and was greeted by Gerry Doiron the manager. Showed me what was in stock and what my options were for payments and finance. Since they were busy, some guy named Earl showed me the technical side of things on the trailer. Very helpful and polite. Bought an open range camper used 3 times from the beginning the fridge never worked the furnice rattled, they said they fixed the problems. Did not furnace still rattled. Replaced fridge. We went on vacation the fridge stoped working again and the air conditioner started making awful noises. We were in PEI called them they said they would contact someone to come fix both. We decided to go home as you can't camp without these to major things. 2 vacations ruined. I don't recommend anyone buy an Open Range or buy anything from Leisure Days....

Great service

I went to buy some parts for my camper. The staff was helpful. They had the part I needed and the price was reasonable. Couldn't help but peek at some new campers on my way out. A salesman introduced himself to me, but left me alone when I explained I was just looking. He even made a joke, no pressure.
